This is USA based brand dealing with Home Textile Category. They have quality towels, sustainable and healthy for the environment. They offer variety of towels which are eco-friendly targeting premium segment customers.

Brand Concerns

We identified that products needed push in visibility on the Amazon marketplace. Their products had great reviews, but they still didn’t rank on the first page for our targeting keywords. So, our team needed to crack into how we could achieve it as quickly as possible. 

The ultimate solution

We planned to launch this brand in December’19 We listed this new account under Amazon Accelerator Program to leverage this platform We started working on it by Oct’19. We did following activity before launch
  • Whole New Account set up in accelerator program
  • Product Cataloguing with Content & Images
  • A+ Content Creation & Upload
  • Samples sent to Vine Warehouse (15-20 samples for each product)
  • TM registration Process in US
Once the set up was completed, we started with the competitor analysis on what other competitors in the market offers the price, we made changes in the prices and decided to start the Ad Campaigns in Amazon Product Ads Only with a daily Budget of $650 for 12 Products. We also did Paid Reviews to improve the Ranking for Amazon Products. We aimed a target for 10 Reviews on each product in first month and thereafter 7-8 reviews on each product. We also collected got some 10-13 reviews from the Vine samples. Subscription for 3rd party tool for Reviews/Ratings helped us an increase by 35-40%. Further, we also run Social Media Paid Campaigns with 10% Coupons to enroute Traffic on Store for the ongoing campaigns once every month.
STRENGTH IN NUMBERS

Final Results

We achieved our objective of increasing the revenue by $38.54K and 2nd month to $44.4K.We were happy enough to achieve this and so was client. Our campaigns really performed well, and we are looking to take bigger steps to achieve a higher ROAS & conversion.
